“I arrived for my appointment 10 mins before to ensure that i was on time. When i arrived i was told that there was a computer issue and that my tyre could not be fitted as the computer was down, I had already prepaid, so why?
The gentleman who served me said that he would contact me once the computer system was up and running as i would have to go back to the service center.
24 hours later i had heard nothing, so telephoned to find out what was going on. the gentleman who answered the telephone was very apologetic and could not understand why the tyre had not been fitted the previous day – he was very helpful and apologetic.”
