“After fitting my tyres, I reset my tyre pressures and found out instead of 2.2 front and 2.4 bar on the back I found my were 2.5 and 2.6 front, and 2.5 and 3.1 on the back, I took it back and after 3 attempts they got close but not right, so I ended up taking it myself in the morning to sort out, it makes me question when they did the wheel alignment if that was done correct, wouldn't be in any rush to use again”

“I was told it would cost £99 for MOT like last year however it was not. Then the company changed my wind screen wipers and other things without my permission and charged me for them even though they were only advisories and didn?t need doing yet. I was in hospital that day after an operation and my mum had to take my car in for me. I was disappointed. As I was charged an extra £85”

“Excellent service, arrived to have new tyres fitted shortly before my booked time and they got to work right away. They offered a free wheel alignment check and found it to be significantly out. The mechanic had to use a blowtorch to loosen up one of the bolts as it was seized solid, but he was very attentive and did a great job. My car now handles better than ever, the steering is much lighter and I no longer suffer vibration at motorway speeds. Very happy with the new tyres too, which were very reasonably priced.”

“After leaving the garage the tyre pressure light came on, I took it back and it was reset, I then drove to Manchester the next morning, the light came on half way and once I had reached Manchester my tyre was completely flat. I then had to wait in for someone to come and fix it, who said that it had not been fitted properly in the first place. I am very disappointed with the inconvenience this caused and the fact that it was not fitted right in the first place.”

“This was the first time I had this vehicle MOT'd and the team at B&W did a fantastic job. They spotted a hole in a tyre that was exposing the cord and upon further examination found an unsuitable patch had been used to previously repair a puncture. This level of detail is to be commended!”
