“I came into the Celtic tyre depot quite late in the working day but despite this all the staff members remained cheerful, informative and speedily fitted my car with 4 new tyres. Even when they initially realised that they did not have the full number of tyres to do this, rather than turning me away, they collected the remaining two tyres from another depot so that they could change all 4 tyres for me. They then guided me so that I could back out safely into the roadway. Despite the lack of facilities in the waiting area, their helpfulness and cheery enthusiasm more than made up for this and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and using their services again.”

“The first time I called I saw Paul, he dealt with my requirements quoted for a new tyre and ordered it, he told me it would be in the next day
All good so far!
I called the next day it was very busy and hard to know if I was being served or not I was just guided to a parking space and left to my own devices
So I left, and came back the next day
When I returned!
Somebody did approach me and said he would change the tyre where the car was parked
So I waited for the tyre to be changed and for the paperwork to be done
I did get my bill eventually but it wasn?t prompt, I did stand up a few times to see you was happening
So I left with my new tyre at £230, Only to find it was over inflated
I could read the correct pressure on the door label
So I don?t understand why your tyre specialist couldn?t do the same”
