“The time taken to fit two tyres was excessive. Approximately two hours when the vehicle was driven into the workshop after just fifteen minutes. It appears that the younger members of the workforce spent more time on chatting etc than actually working. I'm fully in favour of banter in such workplaces but productivity is poor. The staff at the desk were far better.”
