“I was travelling in the area and had a slow puncture. They took the vehicle within a hour of my call and they diagnosed a leaking valve, which they fixed free of charge.”

“I am a fleet manager for a company with over 300 vehicles. 162 are Mercedes. So I do know about cars and mechanical problems. My car wasn't fixed ( on two occasions) if an engine part breaks it is covered by warranty, if a trim panel breaks it is not? Why”
