“Great garage, great advice, great service. Generally, the quality of work seems very good, as well. However, I have to downgrade them on quality of work, as when changing my tyres they scratched all of my alloys. I have repaired them previously anyway,”

“I was informed when I arrived that my car would not be receiving a wash as it was a Saturday. I feel that I have been discriminated against for working a full week Monday to Friday, anyone who is able to take their car during the week would receive this a”

“No mention of 'value for money'? The repair was very expensive compared to a non-franchised garage. This may discourage owners of older vehicles to use a franchised garage.”
