My car broke down on the dual carriageway, I was 3 hours from home, got picked up from recovery so chose Pony Road as they are Audi specialists. I called ahead and they said they could fit me right in. The confirmed the fault spoke to my warranty company, agreed everything even chasing them up as they knew I was stranded and started work straight away. They were amazing, thank you”

“I would rate less than 1 star if given the opportunity, so upset and considering legal options at the moment having spent over £2500 rectifying PROTRYE negligence. Protyre-Abingdon, had my Mini Countryman in for a routine oil change. Directly, after receiving it back I was getting red warning lights and grating sounds from under the car.
