Electric vehicles (EVs) are increasingly becoming the cars of choice for consumers, as more motorists make the switch away from vehicles powered by an internal combustion engine.
Although EVs continue to make up a small proportion of the complaints brought by consumers to The Motor Ombudsman, the following infographic highlights some of the key issues that drove consumers to get in touch with The Motor Ombudsman in 2021 in relation to their EV purchase and ownership experience.
