If we ask you to provide further information it is important that you reply to any email we send using the Case Thread ID in the body of the email.

Using the reference in your communications to us means that your email and any attachments will automatically be assigned to the case.

The Case Thread ID looks like this:  ref:_00TE24s5t1._5001p2u7goFE:ref (However please note this reference is just an example for illustrative purposes and not your Case Thread ID, you need to check your email for this).

If your Case Thread ID is not included on an email to us, you will setup a new case which will cause delays in handling your case.
