Will it take longer for The Motor Ombudsman to resolve my case during the next few months?

We always try to resolve cases as quickly as possible, but we may encounter instances where our contact at the business is off sick, the business is temporarily closed, the business is operating with limited capacity due to staff being on furlough and/or is prioritising essential repairs and maintenance. This means it may take us longer than usual to resolve your case during this time, particularly if your complaint is currently awaiting or is under investigation.

 

If the business has temporarily closed, we may have to wait for a response until they resume trading, so please do bear with us, and we will be looking to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
