Will it take longer for The Motor Ombudsman to resolve my case during the next few months?

We always try to resolve cases as quickly as possible, but we may encounter instances where our contact at the business (to get their information for your case file), is on sick leave. In this instance, we will look to gather information from another contact in response to your complaint, but if this is not possible, it may take a little longer for our case investigators to get a response to your complaint, as this will be subject to the relevant person returning to work.

 

If the business has temporarily closed, we may have to wait for a response until they resume trading, so please do bear with us, and we will be looking to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
