“I previously left a review saying I wouldn?t use protyre again because I was unsure I had been treated fairly. This is an update to that review, which hopefully will get matched up to the other one. I had a phone call from the Manager who I was already impressed with, willing to listen to the question in my mind. He reassured me, and told me I could ask for him in person next time. He was excellent in every respect, and I now feel able to go back there.”
