“They broke my car and refused to fix it unless I pay £2962.18p. They Called the incident 'unfortunate'. The car only went to the garage for an assessment, to see what was wrong and how much it would cost to put it right!
I'm now trying to raise a complaint, but it appears they don't have a complaints process/policy/procedure.”

“Been here the last couple of times when ive had problems with my car and they have been able to fix these problems in the same day.
Today I turned up without an appoitment after lights coming up on my dash board and they fixed my car in the next couple of hours. Thank You”

“Decided to use this garage as it is local and family run, and I wasn’t disappointed. The call to book in the car was handled very professionally and there was no problem when I had to make a change. “I have used Gregg Little since I moved to Newton Aycliffe, having been in transport all my life (71) and having dealt with many garages and people, I can honestly say, They are the best, from the girls in the office to all the maintenance lads, nothing is a problem I can even call in to have my tyre pressure or engine oil checked (free).”
