“This is the worst garage i have ever had the misfortune to deal with they have had my car since 05/05/2021 to repair a gear box which there was nothing wrong with when i took it in to them. They did not give me a courtesy car so i am getting alternative transport at my cost. They still have the car with no idea when i will get it back. Every time i call them which is every other day they lie about when i am going to get it back they are constantl”

“I wasn't sure if I needed all of my tyres changing so they were all checked and I was advised accordingly. The tyres were in stock and they could fit me in straight away and that it would be complete within 30 minutes. I was given the different options of tyre for my car and wasn't pressured into choosing either/or. The man on reception was very friendly and even interacted lovely with my little girl. Stress free experience, will definitely be back. Thank you”

“I have used this particular location (Leeholme Road, Tyre Exchange – Billingham) for many years now and have always received a highly professional, honest, reliable and quick service from the team. They're never one to try and force a sale which is what also makes me want to continue to use their service. “Never used this business before but I dropped in because they were close to work and was worried about a tyre. They fitted me in straight away and assessed the damage. They gave me honest feedback about what my options were and there was no "hard sell". The staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable and had me back on the road in no time with a brand new tyre fitted immediately from stock. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.”

“The staff and management are ALWAYS helpful virtuous and give value for money ( always good ).my tyre started to go flat in Stockton so went to the nearest tyre co, on Portrack lane one way system where 2 fitters came out to look at the tyres and immediately tried sell me 4 having told them I wanted one and then tried to sell me a tyre at a silly price so I limped back to Tyre Exchange – Billingham for a better service ,,,,,,I THANK YOU ALL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK”

“Sean was amazing, he was extremely helpful and advised on my two front tyres. The young lad supporting him was also helpful ans showed me the damage to the inner wall of my run flats. I asked them to explain the difference between run flats and ordinary tyres and they did just than, so I ma now informed too.

“Quick and efficient service when needed all 4 tyres replacing! I do feel they could offer a free of charge wheel alignment when a person gets all 4 tyres done as a way of rewarding customers.”

“Had puncture repair carried out. Employee removed tyre and refitted it, did not dunk wheel in water. Had to return as tyre was still going down. On return wheel was removed again and this time dunked as manager told employee to dunk it. Puncture found but too close to edge so new tyre required…this was fine. Did not sell tyre to match others on car so an alternative was offered….did not have this in stock so had to order it and return again….x3 trips to garage to sort tyre”
