“They washed the wheel/tyre contact surfaces, prior to fitting the 4 new tyres so it was a clean fit. They also wiped clean, after fitting. Good !
They removed the tyre from the wheel, they had fitted for me some months ago as it was only slightly worn & I wanted it, to use on on my spare wheel.
I forgot to ask them to fit the tyre to the spare before leaving ( i suffer memory loss) & so I still need to have this done? Although the ride is harder on the new Falken's, they feel grippy & I am pleased with their stability. I shall be returning to ask the fitter to get the tyre they saved, put on the spare wheel.”

“Protyre were very quick in booking my car in for advisories which had appeared on my MOT from another garage. They explained what the parts were for and were very speedy in quoting the work. I had some work done on my brakes and had my tyres changed. They gave me a sheet with useful information as to how long these would last which is really reassuring for a customer who doesn't know much about cars. The quote was reasonable and I didn't feel as though I was being sold anything I didn't need. Thank you”
