“no video sent but got 2 others from other customers cars so could not approve or otherwise additional work thought to be required. Advised both front and rear discs require replacement because of lipping which indicates excess wear but discs not actually measured for service limit and therefore isn't required. Labour cost excessive, service coordinator said he called me but didn't. Tyres said to be worn to chords but weren't.”
