“My tires were substituted without consent and cheaper tires were put on my vehicle instead of replacing with the high grade tyres. Promised work wasnt carried out with expertise and some work covered in the service was left incomplete. There has been no response for 4 weeks inspite of raising a complaint with the dealer as well as with Ford customer care. Truly disappointing and dishonest service”

“I've always used franchise garages like Halfords… never again! My experience with Direct Garage Services was great. Pauline booked me in and explained everything thoroughly (she's also got a wicked laugh), as I'm not great at understanding the inner workings of cars. The work was done quickly, yet thoroughly. The labor costs were surprisingly low in comparison to Halfords. The whole experience was much nicer than I've previously had elsewhere.”
