“My 2017 Nissan NTEC X-TRAIL developed a fault with the turbo and was covered through the warranty. I still have not had a full repair carried out as I am being informed the part has to ordered from Japan. It is a 6 week wait for the arrival of the part. I was not offered a courtesy car and was expected to drive an unsafe vehicle to the garage, which I refused. RAC recovered my vehicle and returned this on my behalf. I have only been issued with a vehicle to use because my Xtrail is a motorbility”
