“My vehicle needed a new MOT. On arrival the staff were polite, informed and welcoming. When it was identified that the vehicle required work to pass the MOT they provided me with options and were very knowledgeable about the products available and complete the work on time and without fuss.”

“When I had my tyres changed they caused some damage to one of my alloys. I also told them I had a pressure sensing system and to check that the correct tyre pressures were used. They did not do this as the front tyres should have been 32 for each front but they put in over 37. Not very impressed”

(I was so angry with nearly being hit by the office door) I informed your staff but they did nothing.”
