“The staff all go the extra mile, and make your journey smooth from booking to the actual service. You get to speak to people involved in servicing your car rather than just the desk. When finished you get a clear explanation by email on the health of your car with the mechanic showing particular areas on video. If you need additional work you will be phoned by the Service Manager who knows you and your car and can give you proper advice about it.”
