“I needed at least two new tyres, told I really needed 4 but reduced to 3 by using my unused spare. The reasons for this were explained carefully and patiently (I'm a novice) and given advice on how to avoid wear/tear. All were friendly and polite and if I get more miles to the gallon, I shall definitely be back when necessary.”

“Very disappointing visit. MOT due 1030 – car went in at 1105! Substitute MOT fitter performed service on previous other car when mine should have gone in. Then he raised 2 advisories on tread depth on rear tyres in error and could not remove them when permanent staff checked tread depth. receptionist did give me £5 discount at end.”

“They fitted the tyres well within the time slot that I booked. However, they checked the brake pads and advised that there was only 2mm left and that they should be changed immediately. When I changed the brake pads on their advice, the pads had 6mm, yes 6mm left on them. Always check the pads yourself, don't take their word for it.”

“Efficiently dealt with my request for fit of 4 new tyres on 11/12/19 and task accepted immediately and completed.
After hours that evening when using my vehicle, I found that the 'dash' tyre pressure warning indication was permanently lit.I returned my car the following morning and the problem was immediately taken in hand and corrected.”

“As always great customer service. Called to explain the issue and get my go ahead. Would have been 5 stars but trying to sell me an extra tyre I don't really need was a bit irritating. It seems to be something you do now, tell me I "only" have 4mm left do I want to replace it. So you lose one star for an unnecessary attempt at upselling.”
