“They fitted the tyres well within the time slot that I booked. However, they checked the brake pads and advised that there was only 2mm left and that they should be changed immediately. When I changed the brake pads on their advice, the pads had 6mm, yes 6mm left on them. Always check the pads yourself, don't take their word for it.”
