“Whilst in for a service my vehicle was stuck on a faulty hoist. When I was informed of this I was asked by a customer service rep what I wanted to do as they could not get an engineer to free the hoist quickly. I made 3 attempts at asking what he would do to help and when none was forthcoming I had to walk home (6.5 hour walk in +30c). They then rang my wife to LIE to her that they had offered me a lift. Awful service. Suffered blisters, sunburn,”

“Booked a tyre fitting; ordered the kind of tyre I wanted the day before online. Went there a few minutes early to be greeted by a pleasant mechanic. I went to the waiting area and the tyre was fitted even before I had time to get a drink. They also on my request tested the tyre pressures for me.
Excellent.”

“Not convinced that my tyre was unpatchable. Having shown the photos to the insurance company, they are querying why a simple puncture repair wasn't carried out, especially when considering it was a one week old tyre. I'm not sure if the advice given was purely to generate the maximum sales revenue, rather than what's best for the customer.
The comments by the staff claiming it was too close to the edge, and that the top of the screw had rubbed part of the tyre – which it hadn't – were just to try and bamboozle the debate
