“From the phone call making the appointment to the courtesy call saying the chap was on his way to the fast efficient tyre change, the level of service was just what you want when you're stressed over a flat tyre. They were able to fit me in the same morning and the price was very reasonable.”

“The young lady was polite came out to my car checked the date and the age of the tyres checked if they had the write size in stock which they did. Told me approximately how long I had to wait, it was a nice sunny day so I enjoyed the sunshine while my new tyres were fitted. Couldn't have been easier.”

“I needed to replace two front tyres. The entire team were polite, respectful and happy to help. I was offered a choice of replacement tyres and professional advice from the front office team and the job was completed very quickly. Luckily it was a quiet time as I have had to wait on previous occasions.”

“I was disappointed with my visit to Christchurch Tyres this time, the company has obviously come under the umbrella of Protyres and the service was not as good as I experienced on my first visit a year ago. Firstly, the telephone quote for 4 new Pirelli P Zeros was £100 more than the website price, but this was swiftly reduced when I mentioned the discrepancy. I'm glad I checked the website first. Secondly, the cost of adjusting the vehicle tracking seemed to be high. Finally, and most disappointing, was the tyre pressures – on checking them (after allowing the tyres to cool) I found them to be about 30% over-inflated and tyres on the same axle were not at the same pressure. (I have an accurate pressure gauge).
In summary, I doubt I'll be returning to Christchurch Tyres in the future, it appears that after coming under the Protyre banner they have lost that personal touch that a family run firm is able to give.”

“l had all four new tyres fitted, Very pleased with the service, the wait time and the price. Had rang around to get prices from another Tyre fitter and Christchurch Tyres were the cheapest by at least £20 per tyre and they have a one year guarantee. Would use them again most definitely.”
