“Everyone at the Lower Parkstone, Poole branch are top notch. Not the cheapest, but excellent, friendly service. I was particularly concerned about my recently refurbished alloy wheels as I have known in the past of some less than careful handling by other companies, but I was welcomed to watch my tyres being replaced and very happy with the care taken by Stuart.”

“I phoned the previous day and they ordered in the tyres. I went in the next morning, had both tyres fitter and aligned quickly and professionally. The staff we efficient, polite and quick. It was great to see very good customer service still exists.”

“Bent over backwards to ensure the tyres I wanted would be available the same day. My chosen tyres are not routinely stocked. They beat their own estimate by an hour. In the workshop they worked quickly to change the tyres, keeping me warm with a cup of tea in the waiting room… when tracking the tyres a 3.5 mm variance was noted on the near side rear wheel, they offered to fix this, explaining why they recommended this in a straightforward manner.”

“I was quoted £94 for each tyre but said I had seen £72.19 on web site. I was told that was "screen price" and not internet price. If I had not mentioned it I would have been charged full price! I only paid the £72.
—I think that is sharp practice and many would fall for it.
Also, a particular brand was really pushed which made me feel that there was some backhanders somewhere!
I thought the fitting and service was extremely professional.”

“I am a private hire driver and my car is my livelihood. i am a regular visitor as the guys at Tyreland Parkstone (now Protyre) are always friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to accommodate me at short notice. The workshop area always appears clean and tidy – as much as it can be given the type of work undertaken.Their tyre prices are usually very competitive. The waiting room is comfortable (if a little small) with a coffee machine, magazines and TV.
In all my visits (and there have been quite a few given the mileage I cover – about 70000 / year) I have never had cause for complaint.”

“I needed two new tyres at very short notice (won't go into the circumstances). I visited Tyreland (Poole) early AM and asked if they could fit later that day. The fitter checked availability of the tyre size and type that I wanted and confirmed they had 2 in stock.
I called back early afternoon. Within 30 minutes, I was on my way, job done and at discounted price.
I have used this depot many times and will continue to do so, whilst they offer the level of service and value for money I have always experienced.”

“Went originally to Bathwick tyres (part of the same group). They didn?t have my tyre in stock and offered to get one for the following day. As I was unable to wait they phoned around their other branches to find one for me. They reserved the tyre and directed me to the other branch.
Protyre fitted the reserved tyre, checked all the tyres for pressure and returned my spare tyre to the underside of the car.
Excellent service and all very courteously done.”

“Had 2 new tyres and wheel alignment done by Protyre recently. Booked online the night before, dropped off and worked carried out with no probs. Staff and service were excellent and the tyre prices very competitive.
Only thing I would say is I didn?t pre-book/pre-pay the wheel alignment online and it was £2.50 more expensive in store which I understand but then you don?t know the wheel alignment needs doing till it?s checked so I couldn?t pre-book it…”

“Went into your Poole branch to get my wheels balanced , and whilst doing this Tony noticed my front tyres were badly worn , so advised me they would need changing , inner edges were very badly worn , replaced the tyres and balanced , Tony showed me the tyres that came off the car , so I didn?t think it was just a sales thing like some other tyre company?s do , always get my tyres at tyreland ,staff always helpful with advice , highly rate the customer service ,”

“Called for details of what was in stock for the size required and was pleased to have a wide range of options available off the shelf. On the day, had the tyres checked and was advised on which tyres were still OK and which needed changing. Thought I needed four tyres, ended up being advised that only two needed now. No pressure to go for more than required. Fitting was quick. Have used this garage for a number of years and even though they are now under the Protyre banner with slightly higher prices, the service wins through every time.”

“Dealt With My Query about a Puncture quickly and professionally, While I was waiting on a puncture repair my other tyres also got inspected and recommended to get changed sooner. I asked for the tyre to get changed while I was in. also they noticed one of my Tyre Pressure sensors weren't working as they should, they replaced while I was in. Fantastic Eye for detail. Happy customer rather than just doing the task and shooing me away when completed. happy with the service and will be coming back for anything the company can offer.”

“I knew my tyres were in need of replacement. Your company has been at Ashley Cross for years and I had a flyer earlier this year reminding me of great service available. It was a good decision. Three tyres were replaced and tracking sorted out. I was treated very well. Service was quick and very efficient. My car now feels a million times better to drive. Also I sat in the nice warm office office reading a magazine with is great. I was also told that MOT is available at Cabot Lane which I will use later this year.”

“I travel 4 miles to see you although I have Quikft around the corner. Why ? ….A few years ago I had a problem nearby your centre and you fixed it without making a charge ; that wouldnt have happened at Quikfit I dont think.
