“Absolute not. Twice my vehicle has been serviced and not at this location and NEVER again. This garage manufacture work for themselves and I am not the first customer to have identified this either. Disgust behaviour and being 1000 out of pocket for work that did not need completing or parts even need replacing.”

I would like to have been given a better quote on a new wheel & it didn't feel like that was a part of the service this branch provides which made me go elsewhere in the end. If they could have given a more confident service and sourced a much improved quote I wouldn't have had to of gone to a different garage!”

“Whilst the tyre service I received was fine I am unhappy with the advice they gave me towards my spare space saver tyre. I was told that it had a hole in it that unrepairable as it has been allowed to run flat and advised to purchase a new one. I took it to Mercedes in Bristol and they examined it and told me that there was no hole and that it was a leaky valve. I am not happy as I have lost confidence now in Bathwick to advise on anything other than fitting a new tyre.”
