“I had a blow out of my tyre, and the garage were able to get me in within only a few minutes of waiting, and change my tyre no problems. It was a very stressful day, but they were able to help and relieve some stress!
The garage is very basic, and the men who work there aren't very communicative, but they get the job done at a reasonable price.”

“After Bathwick Ferndown originally fitted tyres with incorrect loading 93 instead of 97 , subsequent involvement of regional manager the following day resulted in correct tyres being fitted.Whilst all resolved in the end , it was only by chance that I spotted the incorrect tyres had been fitted when I got home and could have been driving around with illegal tyres for days .”

“2 new tyres very quickly fitted with a minimal wait. Staff, as ever, helpful and polite. Online ordering recommended. It was only a shame the tyre pressures on the same axle were too high and not equal, with the wheel nut torques varying greatly also. Good job I have the sense and ability to check these afterwards. Still much better than other tyre dealers around though!”

“I took my car in to Bathwick Tyres for two new tyres last week. They were fitted in reasonable time and I was told that the front brake pads were worn. I asked if Bathwick could do the job; the new pads were fitted on Monday and I drove away, knowing why I buy my car parts from Bathwick when I can. They say what they are going to do and they do it properly, and on time.”

“They gave good advice and fitted the tyres I wanted. The spare wheel was not properly secured back in position and was left carelessly over the large nut meant to secure it. The wheel trim tool belonging in my kit found it's way into their tool box and I had to ask for it to be returned. I was glad that I checked before leaving! Service was courteous and cheerful.”

“I had an issue with the tracking on my new Kia which left steering wheel misaligned. Main dealers said they couldn't find find a problem and ignored it. Seeked a second opinion from Bathwick and kindly booked it in and found tracking to be slightly out on one wheel. They corrected it and now steering wheel is central as was the original request made to Kia who failed. Bathwick also declined payment for the time spent, so hugely impressed.”
